The documents to provide

A complete file includes: a company registration extract (Kbis or trade register extract) less than three months old, the accounts for the last two financial years, bank details in the company's name, the identity document of the signing director, the driving licence of each driver, a proof of address less than three months old, the list of beneficial owners (persons holding more than 25% of the capital) and the intra-EU VAT number.

Age and licence seniority

Renting premium vehicles requires a minimum age and sufficient licence seniority, matched to the vehicle category — the most powerful models are more demanding. The exact conditions appear in the quote.

An offer reserved for professionals

Companies, business owners, liberal professions, freelancers and micro-enterprises access long-term rental with a monthly payment excluding VAT; its accounting and tax treatment is a matter for your accountant.
