Deposit and security guarantee: how it works

The deposit protects the vehicle without lastingly straining your cash. It applies to premium rental; with lease-to-own, where you become the owner, the logic differs. Here is how EVOLUXURY frames the security deposit, from its setup to its return.

What the deposit is for

The security deposit covers possible damage, breaches or unpaid amounts during a premium rental. It is not a payment: it is a temporary guarantee, returned at the end of the contract if the vehicle is handed back compliant.

Amount and transparency

The amount depends on the vehicle's value and the plan. It is clearly stated in the quote, before any key handover — never a surprise. No key handover without a complete file.

Hold and return

The deposit is held for the duration of the contract, then released after the return inspection validated by EVOLUXURY. In case of damage, only the corresponding portion is retained, with supporting evidence.

Frequently asked questions

Is the deposit charged?

When is the deposit returned?
After the return inspection is validated by EVOLUXURY.
What is retained in case of damage?
Only the portion matching the observed damage, with supporting evidence — not the full amount.
Is the amount known in advance?
Yes, it appears in the quote before the key handover.
