General Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the EVO LUXURY website and its online areas. By browsing the website, you accept them without reservation.

01Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (the ‘Terms’) is to set out the conditions under which the EVO LUXURY website and online services (showcase website, simulator, client area, investor area, partner area) are made available and used.

02Acceptance

Use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you are asked not to use the website.

03Access to the service

The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Connection costs remain the responsibility of the user. EVO LUXURY endeavours to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee it, and reserves the right to interrupt the service for maintenance or updates.

04Accounts and security

Access to personal areas requires a username and password that are strictly personal and confidential. The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometrics may be enabled to strengthen security. Any suspicious use must be reported without delay to evoluxury@protonmail.com.

05Proper use

The user undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the website, not to attempt to access data that does not belong to them, not to introduce malicious code, and to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and the regulations in force.

06Simulator and quotations

The estimates provided by the rental simulator are calculated for guidance only, on the basis of the parameters entered. They constitute neither a firm offer nor a contractual commitment. Any rental is the subject of a separate contract, subject to conditions and to approval of the application. EVO LUXURY’s rental offers are reserved for professionals (companies, company directors, members of the liberal professions, self-employed persons and micro-enterprises): no rental is granted to private individuals.

07Intellectual property

The content of the website is protected. No licence or right other than that of consulting the website is granted to the user (see the legal notice).

08Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

09Amendments and governing law

EVO LUXURY OOD may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of use. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and, for cross-border transactions, by the mandatory provisions of European Union law. Failing an amicable resolution, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Sofia (Bulgaria), subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
