For a company director or employee on an assignment lasting several months, EVO LUXURY can hand over the long-term rental vehicle at their hotel or at the airport on arrival, in our service areas. The date, time and place of handover are agreed with you after signature and validation of your file, subject to availability; a joint inspection is carried out at handover.

Who is it for?
Companies relocating a director or a team to a city for several months, consultants on long assignments, companies hosting employees from abroad. The contract is concluded by the company, for 3 to 12 months.
At the hotel or at the airport
Let us know the hotel, or the airport with the expected date and time of arrival, as well as the name of the designated driver. The exact place and time of handover are agreed with you in advance.
How does the handover work?
An inspection is carried out in the presence of the driver and the odometer is read. The contract, invoices, vehicle documents and monthly photos can then be followed in the client area.
And at the end of the contract?
The return arrangements are set out in the contract; a joint inspection is carried out when the vehicle is returned. You can also extend the contract or switch to another model.
